As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims and paperwork on your behalf and work with you to maximize your benefits. Your insurance company will then reimburse you according to the benefits outlined in your plan.

Most insurance policies differ in benefits. They are the result of negotiations between your employer and the insurance company, independent of your individual needs or preferences.  Our recommendations will always be based on what is best for you.

Prior to any treatment, we will provide you with detailed information regarding your care and the associated costs.

Payment for services is collected at the time of treatment.
