Dr. Tornay
Dr. Tornay was born and raised in San Diego. He attended the University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree in Biology and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Emory University School of Dentistry.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Tornay has provided attentive and gentle care to his patients and always has their best interests at heart.

A lifelong student, Dr. Tornay is passionate about dental education and has completed courses at the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy, the Kois Center, Spear Education, and the UCLA School of Dentistry.
In his spare time, Steve takes pleasure in reading, running, going on road trips with his wife Dominique and dog Molly, and following the Padres.

Insurance and Payment Policies
As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims and paperwork on your behalf and work with you to maximize your benefits. Your insurance company will then reimburse you according to the benefits outlined in your plan.
Most insurance policies differ in benefits. They are the result of negotiations between your employer and the insurance company, independent of your individual needs or preferences. Our recommendations will always be based on what is best for you.
Prior to any treatment, we will provide you with detailed information regarding your care and the associated costs.
Payment for services is collected at the time of treatment.
